This custom order form is tailored for clients seeking bespoke cakes, cupcakes, treats and dessert experiences for both personal and corporate events. Before submitting your inquiry, we kindly ask that you review our custom order policies to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
Once your inquiry form is submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If your order is needed within 7 days, we kindly ask that you follow up by sending a text to 347-322-0647 with your first and last name after submitting the form.

Custom Cakes VS Classic Cakes.. What's Best for You?
Custom Cakes are our signature three layer cakes that are fully tailored to your event-- choose your serving size and every design detail. Starts at $200
Classic Cakes are out budget-friendly cake option. Two layer, 6-inch cakes that serve 12-14 people. They're frosted in white with your choice of a border color, sprinkles and standard happy birthday topper (if needed) & custom text banner.

Tiers VS Layers.. What's the Difference?
All of our custom cakes come standard with three layers -- that's three stacked sections of cake
Tiers are multiple stacks of three-layer cakes on top of each other.

Policies
Payments
- A 50% retainer is required for orders
exceeding $100 and booked more than 14 days in advance to secure the requested date. - Final payments are due 8 days prior to the designated delivery or pickup date.
- Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in order delay, cancellation or additional fees.
- Full payment is required, for orders totaling $100 or less and/or booked within 14 days of the requested date.
- Orders placed within 7 days of the requested date may be subject to a rush fee.
- Invoices will be considered null and void and are subject to change if payment is not received by due date.
Pickup & Delivery
- Pick up time frame: Tuesday-Saturday 12:30PM-5PM
- Delivery time frame: Tuesday-Sunday 12:30PM-8PM
- Flat rate of $15 + a mileage fee of $1 per mile will be applied for deliveries originating from 466 Grand Ave Brooklyn, NY 11238.
- Tolls & fees incurred during delivery will be passed on to the consumer for all routes originating from 466 Grand Ave Brooklyn, NY 11238.
Cancellation, Refunds & Order Changes
- All changes must be communicated by the contact person, no later than 8 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
- Retainers become non-refundable after 24 hours.
- Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
- In the event of cancellation by Oh.Sweet.Mason, a full refund will be issued to the consumer.
- Rescheduling of orders is permissible with at least 7 day notice, subject to availability.
More Important Stuff!
- Detailed instructions regarding cake
transportation and storage will be provided upon pickup or delivery. - Oh.Sweet.Mason relinquishes responsibility for the cake once the consumer confirms satisfaction upon receipt.
- Please note that Oh.Sweet.Mason operates in a kitchen where allergens such as milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and others may be present. Consumers are advised to inform their guests of this risk and hold Oh.Sweet.Mason harmless in case of allergic reactions.
